Matt Palmer leads Developer Experience at Conductor, where he works on AI developer tools, developer education, and product storytelling. Previously, he led Developer Relations at Replit during its shift from an online IDE to an AI-native product. His work focuses on making technical ideas clear, useful, and human.
Outside work, Matt spends a lot of time lifting, hiking, riding motorcycles, and trying to keep an increasingly unreasonable number of plants alive. His current numbers are: 300 lb bench, 455 lb squat, and 525 lb deadlift.
