These terms govern your use of Matt's Agents (the "app"), operated by Matt Palmer. By signing in to or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
The app
Matt's Agents is a personal automation tool that lets AI agents act on a connected Google account, at the account owner's direction. It is intended for Matt Palmer's personal use and is not offered as a public service.
Eligibility and access
Access is limited to accounts explicitly authorized by Matt Palmer. Access may be suspended or revoked at any time, for any reason, without notice.
Your Google account
The app accesses your Google account only with the permissions you grant on Google's consent screen. You're responsible for the tasks you ask agents to perform and for reviewing their results. You can revoke the app's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's Terms of Service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app to:
- break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
- send spam or other unsolicited messages;
- access data or accounts you aren't authorized to access; or
- interfere with or attempt to disrupt the app or any Google service.
Privacy
How the app handles data is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
AI-generated output
Agents use AI models that can make mistakes. Drafts, summaries, and actions produced by the app may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you should review them before relying on them.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matt Palmer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the app.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
